AMMONIUM NITRATE is used in the production of explosives and granular and liquid fertiliser. LAN is used to produce NPK fertiliser blends and as a primary nitrogen source for top-dressing crops and pastures.

AMMONIUM NITRATE
Sasol Chemicals’ AMMONIUM NITRATE Solution has a concentration of 53.49%, 18.72% Nitrogen content, a pH under 1.0 for a 10% solution, and a density of 1.26 g/ml, optimum for fertilising applications.

LIMESTONE AMMONIUM NITRATE
LIMESTONE AMMONIUM NITRATE presents as grey granules with a slightly waxy smell when dry and ammoniacal when wet. It is primarily used in producing granular NPK fertiliser blends.
