FORM RELEASE AGENTS
Sasol Chemicals offer wood, metal, and plastic form release agents. Sasol’s form oil is applied in a thin layer for a barrier type release agent. The form oil has low VOC’s (<100 g/L), is non-staining and has good solubility with Oleic acid. Sasol also offers surfactants for form oil emulsions. They ensure easy dispersion and stability, with emulsions achieved using 10-15% emulsifier in the oil. The product features a non-labelled emulsifier derived from vegetable sources and various oil components, providing an efficient and environmentally conscious solution for form-release applications.
