Sasol Italy obtains gender equality certification for the second year

Sasol Italy has obtained the prestigious Gender Equality certification (UNI/PdR 125:2022) for the second consecutive year, a milestone that confirms the company's concrete and ongoing commitment to promoting equality, inclusion, and a fair working environment for all people.

 

“We are proud to have achieved this important recognition once again, which for us is not a point of arrival, but an incentive to do even more. Inclusion and gender equality are not simply goals: they are an integral part of our corporate culture and guide every strategic decision we make,” said Monica Pirali, Senior Manager HR Southern Europe, Asia & UAE.

 

The UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification is awarded to organizations that demonstrate they have implemented effective and measurable policies to promote gender equality. The criteria evaluated include: equal pay, support for parenthood, equal access to career opportunities, and the prevention of all forms of gender discrimination.

Once again this year, Sasol Italy has pursued a comprehensive action plan to consolidate and strengthen its commitment in this area. Key initiatives include mentoring programs for women, training courses on inclusive leadership, flexible working policies, and tools for monitoring pay gaps.
