In celebration of the 2024 holiday season, Sasol Italy is participating in two new initiatives designed to make a difference in our communities.

The first – called Happiness Packages – is a project of Dynamo Camp Association in collaboration with Gruppo Feltrinelli, the Italian holding company founded in 2005 as a merger of the Feltrinelli publishing house and the Italian bookstore chain laFeltrinelli. Dynamo Camp is an Italian non-profit organisation that provides recreational therapy camps for children with serious illnesses or conditions.

The Happiness Packages fundraiser gave 30 families the chance to celebrate Christmas with fun and lightheartedness. More than 20 stores across Italy offered special gift-wrapping services for Christmas and Dynamo Camp received a donation for every gift wrapped. Employees were encouraged to participate in the gift-wrapping fundraiser or make donations directly to Dynamo Camp.

Sasol Italy employees have also been donating gifts to directly benefit children during Dynamo’s Christmas recreational camps. Employees across Italy were given lists of needed equipment and materials to purchase for the children during the holiday season.
