We initiate and support many different projects tailored to the specific cultural needs and legal requirements in our various regions. Based on our surveys and personal feedback, we continuously adapt these measures to make sure we maintain diversity organisation-wide. Global, cross-functional programmes such as Mentoring@Chemicals and employee-driven initiatives - such as the shared-interests platform, The Culture Collective @ Chemicals - illustrate how sharing our diversity is embedded in our day-to-day life and work.
