We offer a range of retirement plans, that are available in all our countries of operation and adapted to local needs and specifications.

 

Safety is one of our core values and we strive to maintain the safest workspaces, from facilities and plants to your own home office.

 

We have health plans in place according to local needs and market practice, including public health or medical insurance in all countries, plus additional insurance in 12 countries. Additional health plans are available to expatriates.

 

We offer a wide variety of training courses and learning modules, available as live and recorded sessions in person and online. Leaders and supervisors actively participate in planning and updating the personal development journeys of their team members.
