Sasol Chemicals offers a range of linear low-density polyethylene (hLLDPE) grades, using 1-hexene as a co-monomer, which exhibit enhanced mechanical properties over butene-based resins. These hLLDPE resins are suitable for flexible blown film extrusion applications and, when used in blends with Sasol's LDPE grades, deliver improved film performance. Additionally, due to their inherent toughness and mechanical strength, Sasol's higher density hLLDPE grades are well-suited for rotational moulding uses, including water and chemical storage tanks.
